       最近Rafi Ahmed教授以通讯作者身份在Nature杂志背靠背发表两篇论文,从不同的角度揭示记忆性CD8+ T细胞形成过程[1, 2]。今天我们就为大家简单介绍一下这两篇文章的研究内容。
Rafi Ahmed教授招募了一批具有HLA-A2人类淋巴细胞抗原分子的志愿者,然后给这些志愿者接种黄热病毒的减毒活疫苗(YFV-17D),持续观察了750天,发现病毒特异性的CD8+T细胞的半衰期长达493天。尽管这些记忆性的CD8+T细胞不表达效应性T细胞的功能分子,但是它们的表观遗传学特征和效应性T细胞很类似。相似的表观遗传学图谱很有可能是记忆性T细胞针对再次抗原刺激能够快速反应的原因。
